AFFILIATE / HQ BOARDS:

	TWC is currently looking for boards with 2 or more nodes to become
TWC Affilates or Headquarters.  There isn't much involved, the requirements
are shown below:

AFFILIATE BOARDS:

Host 2 TWC file areas on your board (one for pack distribution, one for TWC
members only)

Send E-mail to your users when the TWC pack is out and on your BBS

2 nodes or more.


HEADQUARTER (HQ) BOARDS:

Same as Affiliate, but with the following:

5 or more nodes.

Allow all TWC members to access your board for those who want it.
